FDRVC – Senior Manager
Leading a multidisciplinary team at FDRVC, I spearheaded the operationalization of Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs) across five states in North East India. Ensuring close coordination with State Rural Livelihood Missions and the Ministry of Rural Development, I facilitated institution development efforts and developed strategic business plans. My expertise in procurement and supply chain management led to successful handling of recruitment, equipment purchase, and compliance for large-scale FPCs, resulting in annual procurements exceeding INR 3Cr+. Additionally, I established over 50 micro-warehouses, mobilizing 2500+ farmers and contributing significantly to rural livelihoods.
FDRVC – Manager
In this role, I developed business plans and budgetary components for large-scale producer enterprises promoted under the Ministry of Rural Development. Conducting extensive field visits across North East India and West Bengal, I gained insights into diverse demographies and cultures, informing inclusive FPC business strategies. Furthermore, I developed livelihood-generating projects across six states, raising funds worth INR 50 Cr+ from various government schemes.
Sambhav Foundation - A Labournet Initiative
As part of a core team, I played a pivotal role in launching business verticals and developing entrepreneurship modules for scalable replication. Additionally, I led sales and business development efforts, securing Skill-based CSR projects worth INR 3Cr+ and reconceptualizing CSR projects for large corporates like HUL, JPMC, CEAT, and Godrej.

Administering a diverse portfolio of 500+ customers, I managed a cumulative net worth of INR 65Cr, achieving a remarkable 43% Year-over-Year portfolio growth.
