Following the mandate of the government, I have formed youth bodies in villages and designed several programmes and projects for the benefit of adolescnets and youth. All the programmes related to the four-pronged strategy of value formation, skill formation, organized behaviour, and capacity building and empowerment.I prepared several training designs,organized trainings on volunteership and personality development, life skills for adolescents, and administration of youth work in the field.

Education:

M.A. in English; and Sociology and Anthropology. Have done several courses and training in the course of my career in youth work- all related with youth work, project management, training and capacity building.
