Professional Experience:

I have been in the social work sector for the past 2 years. Began working in the field of HIV in 2009, with an organization named Committed Communities Development Trust, in their project named Ashray. In Ashray, job responsibilities were handling the education in the Centre, handling the documentation, individual casework and also supervision of volunteers. Since May 2011, have been working with an NGO named iVolunteer as a Relationship Manager. In this organizations, Job responsibilities have been conducting orientations and events for volunteers, visiting NGOs and also forming NGO partnerships, follow ups with NGOs and volunteers and documentation.

Education:

I completed my BA in Psychology from WIlson College, Mumbai in the year 2007, with a first class. Then in the year 2009, completed my Masters in Social Work from College of Social Work, Nirmala Niketan, Mumbai.

Affiliations and Achievements:

Have also done by Visharad in Hindustani Classical Vocal from Akhila Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya with a first class. Presently also doing MA in Music (correspondence) from SNDT Pune. Have won the 2 year Scholarship for Young Artists from the Department of Culture, Govt. of India in the year 2010. Have won prizes at several competitions in Mumbai and outside Mumbai. Have performed in Mumbai and outside Mumbai as well.
