Throughout my 14-year career, I have gained extensive experience in Technology Service Delivery Management, Program Management, and Fuel Retail Specialist.
Currently, I serve as an Offshore Technology Service Delivery Lead for a Global Energy Client at Accenture Services Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, India (September 2021 – Till Date). In this role, I lead two distinct teams, managing performance expectations and addressing concerns in a systematic manner. My responsibilities include Service Level Management, Resource management, financial management, and Client Relationship management.
Prior to this role, I worked as a Retail Payment Integration Specialist for a Global Energy Client at Accenture Services Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, India & Client site – California, US (August 2010 – September 2021). As a Payment processing specialist focused on the Fuel retail sector, I specialized in Fuel Retail Test Operations and QA lab mobilization. I delivered expertise in Retail Lab mobilization, Retail payment integration, and Loyalty and Mobility programs.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, having managed large global teams and delivered profitable outcomes. My experience in running offshore delivery teams has given me a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities in managing global teams.
