Commissioned in the Army as an Officer in 1985 after graduating from the prestigious National Defence Academy and Indian Military Academy. Held various positions in logistics operations human resources in the Army.Took voluntary retirement in 2007 as a Lieutenant Colonel.Worked in NGOs EMRI (Emergency Management Research Institute) and launched 108 ambulance services in Andhra Pradesh and Gujarat(702 ambulances), in 2007 and HMRI (Health Management Research Institute) operating 475 Mobile health Vans in Andhra Pradesh.Worked in NGO Health sector for 3 years. Worked in Cambodia and Vietnam as a General Manager Administration and Plantation in 2010 in Agricultural Sector. Presently working as a consultant in Emergency Response Ambulance service on National highways. Worked with multiple Government Departments for release of budgets Government Orders and created a very conducive work environment. As a alternate dispute specialist, successfully negotiated miltiple strike calls by employees.
