Professional Experience:

In Prakruthi, my role as a caseworker for an anti-human trafficking organization focused on girls' rights, my primary responsibility is to support the rehabilitation and reintegration of trafficked children, particularly women and girls, affected by trafficking or social vulnerability.
In Iswar Sankalpa, one key area of focus was reuniting marginalized individuals with their families wherever possible, ensuring a smoother path to emotional and social rehabilitation. When family reunification was not feasible, I helped clients access resources and entitlements to support their independence. This involved guiding them through necessary documentation processes and facilitating connections with social service programs.

A critical part of my work in Azad Foundation was helping socio-economically disadvantaged women explore non-traditional livelihood opportunities. These efforts allowed them to achieve economic independence and develop skills that challenged traditional gender roles. One flagship initiative in this area was "Women with Wheels," a program that trained women as professional drivers, opening up unconventional career avenues and helping build their self-confidence and resilience.

Empowerment and leadership development for girls and women were central to creating long-term societal change. Programs like "Azad Kishori" aimed to cultivate young leaders, providing them with training on gender, patriarchy, and the impact of child marriage. These efforts equipped adolescent girls and boys with the knowledge and confidence to challenge social norms, encouraging a future of gender justice and equality. Additionally, through programs that involved men in gender justice, we fostered a balanced community approach, working towards a gender-just ecosystem.

Currently working in Surbana Jurong Pvt Ltd, I am working on Environment Waste Resource Recovery (EWRR), Environment Social Governance, Environment impact Assessment.

Overall, my role focuses on creating sustainable, equitable, and socially responsible interventions that promote empowerment, gender equality, and community cohesion. Through a comprehensive and inclusive approach, I work toward a society that values and protects its most vulnerable, fostering long-term resilience and opportunity for all.
