Professional Experience:

In my most recent role at the 181- Women’s Helpline (Delhi Commission for Women), I led a team of 45 counsellors in addressing grievances related to sexual, mental, and physical assault. This role honed my project management skills as I conducted gender sensitization sessions, monitoring and evaluation, and ensured the quality of our interventions. Additionally, my experience with The Gender Lab Fellowship allowed me to mentor over 690 adolescent girls, developing their leadership skills and facilitating impactful community projects.
My internships with the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Centre for Social Research, and Jagori have enriched my understanding of the challenges faced by women and children. These roles allowed me to engage in on-field representation, document governmental schemes, track crimes against women and children, and organize large-scale campaigns in collaboration with organizations like United Nations Women.
