Professional Experience:
I have over seven years of experience as a healthcare professional, specializing in skill development, public health management, and nursing training. My career is defined by a commitment to enhancing healthcare services, fostering community engagement, and improving vocational education through various impactful roles.
As a Customer Success Associate at Turtle Shell Technologies from August 2023 to September 2024, I gained extensive experience in implementing medical devices in hospitals, conducting site assessments, and training healthcare professionals and patients on monitoring systems. I built strong relationships with medical staff and collaborated with remote teams to ensure seamless training and operational success.
During my tenure as a GDA and PCA Trainer at Ambuja Cement Foundation from July 2021 to December 2022, I delivered competency-based training on General Duty Assistant and Home Health Aide modules. I prepared course materials, maintained student records, and participated in professional development. My responsibilities also included conducting awareness programs, providing nursing training, and supervising clinical practices. Additionally, I conducted training of trainers and training of assessors programs to enhance the overall quality of vocational education.
In 2019 and 2020, I worked on a recognition of prior learning project for army officers with Centum Learning. My role involved delivering healthcare-related training, assessing trainees, and ensuring that the learning modules adhered to national occupational standards. I played a pivotal role in curriculum planning, nursing training, and skilling practices.
From April 2018 to August 2019, I served as a PCA Trainer at Aditya Birla Skills Foundation, where I focused on training students in patient care and nursing fundamentals. I engaged in community events, conducted awareness programs, and ensured students were well-equipped with essential healthcare knowledge and skills. I also conducted evaluations, managed records, and participated in community health activities.
As a Core Trainer with Hindustan Latex Family Planning Promotion Trust from March 2016 to February 2018, I developed and revised training materials and conducted comprehensive programs for healthcare trainees. My role included student counseling, mobilization, and active participation in community health initiatives. I also trained students in clinical practices and skilling, along with conducting training of trainers and assessors sessions.
My professional journey has been further enriched through internships, including a six-month program at Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital and a two-week program at a Community Health Center. These experiences provided valuable hands-on exposure to clinical environments and public health challenges.
In addition to my work experience, I have contributed to the National Skill Development Mission by engaging in vocational training and assessment programs across various states in India, helping to enhance youth employability and bridge skill gaps.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong ability to manage diverse responsibilities, from teaching and training to hospital operations and program management. My focus on delivering quality healthcare education and fostering community health initiatives has equipped me with the skills and expertise to drive meaningful change in the healthcare sector.
