I am working as District Program Manager (DPM) under National Health Mission District Rudraprayag from last 16.5 Years. My responsibilities as DPM to prepare district health action Plan and then Implement and Monitor across all the blocks, as DPM I am also responsible for all the HR related work and I am also handling team of 164 employees under NHM in District Rudraprayag.
