Professional Experience:

I am a dedicated professional with over 10 years of experience in program management, stakeholder engagement, capacity building, and impact-driven initiatives across the health, education, and livelihood sectors. My expertise lies in designing, implementing, and monitoring large-scale community programs in collaboration with government agencies, NGOs, and grassroots organizations to drive sustainable social change.

Currently, as a District Mobilization Coordinator at PCI India, I lead social mobilization strategies for Mass Drug Administration (MDA) programs, working closely with district health authorities, PRI, SRLM, ICDS, and the education department. My role involves capacity building, program monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven assessments to ensure effective field execution.

Previously, as an Independent Consultant at Rozgar Dhaba, I facilitated employment linkages and skill development initiatives for marginalized communities. At Kamonohashi Project, Japan, I led partnership development, project documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen survivor collectives and grassroots NGOs.

My tenure as a Clinic Facilitator at WISH Foundation involved working with Delhi government stakeholders to enhance primary healthcare services in Aam Aadmi Mohalla Clinics, including training healthcare staff, digitizing operations, and leading community outreach programs. Earlier, I served as a PGT Lecturer in a Delhi government school and a Project Coordinator at the Human Welfare Foundation, managing statewide student assessments, scholarship programs, and career guidance initiatives.

I bring strong skills in leadership, project management, stakeholder coordination, and policy advocacy, along with expertise in monitoring and evaluation frameworks for data-driven decision-making. I am committed to creating large-scale social impact and seek opportunities where I can leverage my experience in multi-sectoral program implementation, grassroots engagement, and strategic planning to drive sustainable development.
