I have a rich academic experience of teaching law and researching on human rights and education at Jindal Global Law School. I have cumulatively worked in several NGOs in the human rights domain having passed my LL.M in Access to Justice from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. I am interested in legal research, human rights and education.
I taught law at the Jindal Global Law School for three years where I was a part of the Centre for Clinical Legal Education, Centre for Rural Governance and Citizenship Rights and Centre for Women's Rights as a Researcher. Apart from that, I have worked with notable organizations in various consultant capacities such as WaterAid India, Goethe Institute, Indian Institute for Human Settlements, Rubaroo and with Bebaak Collective. I have been instrumental in writing research papers on education and gender rights, writing proposals for grants, conducting training programs as a facilitator for para-legal volunteers, conducting research and mobilization.
I have completed my Master of Laws in Access to Justice from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. I finished my Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Legal Science from University of Mumbai. My deep interest in sociology led me to audit the M.A. module of Sociology at the University of Mumbai. I have gained experience in human rights law and clinical legal education which was a part of my post-graduate dissertation. I am a human rights lawyer and researcher.
