My responsibilities included conducting onboarding formalities and document verification within deadlines, generating essential HR documents such as appointment, relieving, salary certificates, increment, warning, and termination letters. I ensured the smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes and developed employee engagement programs including welcome emails, birthday mailers, celebration days, and team-building activities.

I actively promoted and worked towards the automation of HR processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. My candidate sourcing strategies leveraged platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri, focusing on ensuring a cultural fit and effective negotiation. Additionally, I contributed to policy development, including POSH, Leave Policy, and Employee Benefit Plans. I hold an MBA with a specialization in HR and Finance from the BSSS Institute of Advanced Studies, Bhopal, complemented by certifications in Recruitment Executive-HR and Project Formulation and Consulting from the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). My academic background also includes an M.Com with a focus on Accountancy and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a specialization in Computer Applications.
