Professional Experience:

I have been working in the education sector for the past four years, primarily working on enabling parental engagement in education. Saajha provided me with the opportunities to work across Maharashtra and Delhi in various roles. I have worked as a documentation officer and stakeholder manager in Maharashtra while collaborating with the tribal development department. Here, my responsibilities were to create and maintain communication between Saajha and the tribal development department. I made a shift to the fundraising team of Saajha where I worked closely with the co-founders to create a reporting structure for our funders and maintain regular engagement with them.

I started working in the operations team of Saajha and led their community outreach program. I was responsible for reaching out to schools and supporting parents to enable their participation in education via collaborating with community champions and the Municipal Corporation of Delhi. Together, we were able to reach out to ~1,80,000 parents.
