Senior Manager with 8 years of experience working with The Spastics Society of Tamilnadu, Chennai, a Non profit Organization (NGO) working for children and youth with disabilities till date. Mobilizing various stakeholders, Coordinating, organizing and conducting Regional level Trainings, Capacity building, Monitoring, Reporting, documentation, Networking & advocacy activities with Government departments, Non-Profit Organizations and donors. Monitoring the effective utilization of available budget for the project activities within the given timeline. Preparing the Reports of trainings, workshops and other project activities monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annually. Identifying potential NGOs in the Southern states to provide training, capacity building of the NGOs and extend services for children and youth disabilities. Networking with various Government departments to collaborate to reach to various stakeholders for early identification and intervention of children and youth with disabilities. Creating awareness through Sensitization and advocating for the rights and needs of Persons with disabilities with various Government departments of the State. Developing and publishing various materials for providing information to the stakeholders in the form of Comic book, poster, brochures, booklets and newsletters. Senior Rehabilitation Professional with 8 years of experience in providing Neuro developmental therapeutic services to enhance and improve Gross motor functions in the age group 0-14 years. Providing maintenance therapy and home based based programs, Counselling and empowering parents of children and youth with disabilities and their families. 3years of experience as Physiotherapist providing therapeutic services at Out-Patient department, In-Patient ward and Intensive Care Unit at Ortho and Trauma Care at Apollo Hospitals, Hyderguda, Hyderabad from 2005 - 2008.
