Professional Experience:

I am an impact-driven development professional with over two years of experience in program management, e-learning, early childhood care and education (ECCE), and women's economic empowerment. My career has been centered around driving large-scale social impact initiatives, leveraging technology, behavioral change strategies, and stakeholder engagement to create sustainable and meaningful change.
Currently, I work as a Deputy Manager at Gajam India Pvt. Ltd., where I lead program management and delivery across diverse social impact initiatives. One of my key achievements has been successfully managing an Ed-Tech platform from ideation to execution. This involved designing processes, planning programs, developing content, and executing marketing strategies. Through these efforts, we achieved 10,000 student registrations and reached over 300,000 students across 14 states.
Beyond education technology, I have been deeply involved in behavior change campaigns focused on women’s empowerment, unpaid care work, ECCE, and nutrition. Working in collaboration with organizations international organizations, I helped design and implement campaigns that reached 450,270 individuals in Assam and 500+ households in Jharkhand, Maharashtra, and Gujarat. These projects aimed at transforming gender norms and promoting sustainable behavioral change within communities.
My role also involves developing digital learning platforms, where I have coordinated cross-functional teams to build Microsites, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and UI/UX designs. By enhancing accessibility and user engagement, these platforms have contributed to the larger goal of inclusive education and skills development.
A significant aspect of my work has been strategizing and executing impact-driven interventions using tools such as Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and surveys. This has helped in mapping program effectiveness and ensuring sustainable, community-driven learning models. Additionally, I have contributed to blockchain-based projects aimed at creating sustainable livelihoods for women and collaborated with international agencies on research-based financial projects to drive policy recommendations in the unpaid care work sector.
Previously, I worked at Mahatma Gandhi National Council for Rural Education (MGNCRE), where I played a key role in promoting Swachhta and sustainability across 10 Higher Educational Institutions under the Ministry of Education. I also designed and executed Social Entrepreneurship Cells within just a month, fostering youth engagement in rural development initiatives.
I have also contributed as an Implementation Manager, where I worked on a project analyzing the role of social networking sites in increasing subscriber engagement for Tenhard India Pvt. Ltd. This involved conducting extensive market research, analyzing over 1,000 responses, and developing actionable insights to improve brand perception and customer retention.
In addition to my professional roles, I have been actively involved in research on MGNREGA in Bihar, where I examined program performance, policy implementation, and ground-level impact. Using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods, I gained deep insights into rural employment schemes and their effectiveness in poverty alleviation.
With a strong foundation in program management, policy research, and digital transformation, I am committed to designing high-impact development initiatives that drive sustainable change. My expertise in stakeholder collaboration, technology-driven interventions, and behavioral change strategies enables me to contribute effectively to the social sector, especially in education, women’s empowerment, and rural development.

Education:

I have built a strong academic foundation in business administration and rural management, equipping myself with analytical, managerial, and research skills that align with my passion for social development and sustainability. My education has allowed me to explore economic development strategies, grassroots governance, and impact-driven policymaking while focusing on empowering marginalized communities.
I completed my Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from KIIT School of Management (2018-2021), where I developed a fundamental understanding of business operations, financial management, and strategic decision-making. During this time, I gained insights into market analysis, resource management, and business sustainability, which strengthened my ability to apply business principles to real-world challenges.
To further my knowledge and align my career with social impact, I pursued an MBA in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (2021-2023). This program provided me with a deeper understanding of development policies, rural economies, and community engagement. I had the opportunity to work on multiple research projects, case studies, and field visits, which significantly shaped my perspective on rural development.
As a Research Associate, I examined MNREGA’s performance in Bihar, using a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. This research allowed me to analyze policy implementation, assess its impact, and identify key challenges faced by beneficiaries. Additionally, through the Rural Living and Learning Experience (RLLE), I analyzed the sandstone supply chain and human rights issues in Budhpura village, Rajasthan. This fieldwork gave me first-hand exposure to the socio-economic challenges of informal sector workers and helped me develop a more nuanced understanding of labor rights and sustainability.
One of my most insightful academic projects was a case study titled “Independence from Dependence,” where I focused on home-based women workers in Budhpura, Rajasthan. Through this study, I examined their struggles, economic vulnerabilities, and the potential for financial independence through sustainable livelihood interventions. This experience reinforced my commitment to working on women’s economic empowerment and policy-driven impact.
Beyond academics, I actively participated in various competitions and leadership initiatives. I secured the 1st position in a Rural Business Development Conclave, where I worked on innovative business models for rural enterprises. I was also an active member of the RM Alumni Committee, helping foster networking opportunities and knowledge-sharing among alumni and students.
To complement my academic learning, I have pursued certifications and training programs to strengthen my expertise in corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability. I completed a Certificate Course on Certified CSR Professionals, the McKinsey Academy’s Ability to Execute (A2E) Essentials program, and a Corporate ESG and Sustainability certification. These courses have enhanced my understanding of sustainability frameworks, business responsibility, and social impact assessment.
My educational journey has given me a well-rounded perspective on program management, stakeholder engagement, and policy evaluation. With a blend of theoretical knowledge, research experience, and practical exposure, I am well-equipped to drive impactful initiatives in development sectors, especially in women’s empowerment, education, and community-driven programs.
