Steered the implementation and adoption of Enterprise level web based primary healthcare software and Hospital Information Systems in IAF at over 130 medical centres and hospitals. Implemented a real time Online Testing System for assessment of IAF medical staff. Designed and implemented an Online Patient Safety Reporting System for the IAF. Developed HEALTHEX - an Excel-based Tool for objective assessment of IAF healthcare facilities.

1995 - 2009 Medical Officer at various frontline flying bases and military hospitals. Provided comprehensive clinical care as a general physician and aerospace medicine related care. Handled the administrative aspects of a first-level primary healthcare facility including HR management, medical logistics, public health management, inventory management and disaster preparedness.
