His expertise includes process optimization through As-Is and To-Be studies, stakeholder engagement, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance service efficiency and delivery.
Ravish has successfully contributed to major e-Governance initiatives in collaboration with organizations such as the Madhya Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation, Grant Thornton, Ernst & Young, and others. His responsibilities have included assisting state governments in planning and implementing e-Governance projects, preparing project roadmaps, conducting workshops, monitoring the rollout of portals, and improving government service delivery systems like Panchayat Darpan and Single Window Systems.
