Professional Experience:

I am a policy and PFM professional with 6+ years of experience working with governments, non-profit organisations, and UNICEF’s Social Policy team.

I have worked on solving problems of governance and State capacity at the intersection of policies, public finances and technology. During this time, I have worked on both revenue and expenditure dimensions of Public Financial Management (PFM) at the sub-national level. In the process, I have developed a sound understanding of the PFM architechture in India alongside the challenges therein in the context of State capacity. Besides, I have built strong technical competencies in evidence-driven policy research, writing and budgeting.

I am available for consulting assignments and excited to work on projects involving problems of governance, State capacity and PFM.
