The programme is train and upskill the women in business skills like any other startup incubator. WWP serve as an incubator for micro businesses by women, in Delhi.

Professional Experience:

I have a strong work knowledge; I have a completed my Bachelor degree in commerce and master’s degree in M.A. Social Work in Rural Development. I have joined company Secretary (CS) Executive Course after bachelor. Therefore, I learned laws, regulations, and Companies policy under the Companies act, 2013.
I am Working as a Fellow in Women Works Programme (WWP) under Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University with Collaboration of Department of Women and Child Development, Delhi. works for the develop women entrepreneurs across Delhi. Previously I worked as a Young Professional in Haryana State Rural Livelihoods Mission (HSRLM), works for the Empowerment of the poor for Implement NRLM and Promote livelihoods among Women SHGs in Badhra, Charhi Dadri, Haryana. My 48 months of work experience with government of Delhi and Haryana.
Key Achievements in Women Works Programme
• Filled up more than 1000 inquiry forms of women for mobilisation and found businesses for needy women.
• Conducted training of more than 100 women beneficiaries on Digital Literacy, Financial Literacy, Business Skills, and Communication Skills.
• Working with Handicrats, Food Business and Tailoring women with support partner Udhyam Vyapar Team and Lead Learning Foundation established a market linkage.
• Worked on Brand Logos, Catalogue ,Social Media Accounts of Business women for Start their new Business.
• Working under Operations and Management and Monitoring and Evaluation verticals, Activity mapping, Discussion on Operations Strategy with consultant and Training Need Assessment (TNA) learning document,
filled up baseline survey and get FSSAI registration of Food Business Women.
• Formed Self Help Group under NULM for Start their own business and connect with government Schemes for access training programme, Financial Support and Business partner.
• Facilited to Food business women in Annapoorna Inter Food Exhibitions, Yashobhoi,New Delhi and Marks and Spencer Reliance limited, Gurgaon
Key achievements in Haryana State Rural livelihoods Mission
? Proposed an ‘’’Sustainable model of livelihood a Tomato Processing Unit” for women in SHGs.
? By using different tools like Focus Group Discussion (FGDs) of farmers and SHG women, Interview-Schedule and by using Secondary literature.
? Implemented Poshan Abhiyan Program with the help of SHG women at the ground level, for improved nutritional outcomes for children, pregnant women and lactating mothers.
? Served as an In-Charge of newly opened canteen in ‘Civil Hospital’ during the Covid-19 pandemic.
? Designed Business Plan, enrolled women SHGs to achieve the livelihoods goals, these SHGs played a major role in saving the public health by providing healthy food to Covid patients and hospitals staff).
? Served as an In-Charge of Handmade mask making activity (distribution of masks in administrative department and villages).
? Conducted “Teej Mahotsav programme” for women empowerment through exhibition.
? As a Block Nodal officer, conducted Training of SHGs women for Mission Antodaya and Ease of Living (EOL) surveys.
? By using survey method, Peoples Plan Campaign (PPC), participatory planning for Gram Panchayat Development Plan (GPDP).
? There are 58 villages, the villages within Block were selected on the basis of Area Sampling. The Antodaya Mission survey further use purposive sampling to bring optimum use and management of resources allocated under various programmes for the development of rural areas.
? EOL survey on basic services under which an assessment of deprived households captured under SECC 2011.
? Honored as a corona warrior by district commissioner on Republic Day 2020 for initiating mess facility in Government Civil Hospital. I served as an in charge of SHGs women and initiated responsibility, a successful plan to safely provide food to Corona patients and hospital staffs.

Education:

I have done my master's in M.A. Social Work in Rural Development from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Tuljapur, in 2019. My CGPA is 6.6. Research Project for fulfillment of Master Program in Social Work in Rural Development - “Socio Economic Condition of Masan Jogi Community: The Study of Vidarbha Region, Maharashtra (2018-19).By used a mixed researched method, which incorporates both qualitative and quantitative research methods. • Presented paper on Field Work Experiences on Narmada Bachao Andolan in Maharashtra at National Seminar on “Social Work Practice in India: Innovations and Challenges” held at BPHES’ CSRD Institute of Social Work and Research, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra.
(24th and 25th February 2018). I have done my Short term assignment during my Masters. Worked with Government of Maharashtra association with Tata Institute of Social Sciences, under the project of Chanda te Bandha Project, Sindhudurg, Maharashtra. The responsibility includes generation of employment opportunity to youngsters, how to utilize natural resources, how to develop business plan through women SHGs with micro planning Project. Promotion of cottage industry and small-scale industry in rural areas. second assignment I have done with Medha Patkar under the project of Narmada Bachao Andolan, Dhadgaon , Nandurbar, Maharashtra. The responsibility includes Monitoring and Advocacy of rehabilitation and resettlement work under Narmada Valley Project, Forest Rights Advocacy work, Livelihood approach for tribal people, visit to Jeevan Shala for assessment of progress of secondary education of tribals and identification of health services, identifying issues, especially for women from tribal communities. my third and last assignment with RUPAYAN Organization. this organization is Work on Right to Food in Kalahandi and Kandhamal District, Orissa. The responsibility includes facilitation in malnutrition reduction among children and women by strengthening nutrition governance aspects. Also, a support in Efficient implementation of food and nutrition programmes including National Food Security Act, 2013 by ensuring transparency, downward accountability and community participation, identification of Mamta Scheme beneficiaries, Targeted Pubic Distribution System (PDS) and AADHAR Authentication.
Before My Masters I have done my Bachelors in Commerce from Nagpur University .
