Professional Experience:
My professional experience spans design research, service design, systems thinking, behavioural science, and community-based social innovation. I have worked across development and social impact contexts, including roles with SELCO Foundation and Social Innovation Studio, where I conducted field research, mapped systems and behaviours, developed participatory tools and workshops, and translated research into programme strategies, communication materials, and design interventions. My work has involved engaging with communities, educators, frontline workers, young people, and civil society actors across themes such as climate vulnerability, water, livelihoods, public health, gender, and social inclusion. Across these roles, I have focused on making research actionable while building processes that are collaborative, reflexive, and grounded in lived experience.
