Key Deliverables
? Responsible as Grant Focal point for IFAD for India Asia Pacific Management Support Programme (APMAS) an IFAD Grant in the Asian Institute of Technology.
? Coordinating 13 Regional Grants in the India Country Programme that are being implemented by 7 CGIAR and 3 National Research Institutes. Initiated the Grant Partners Meeting on 21st March, 2012 to set the stage for grants and loan synergy.
? Implementing project support to two Bhutan Project for conducting RIMS and Annual Outcome Surveys.

Major Highlights
? Played a prominent role in:
- Accomplishing IFAD projects in Orissa, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Meghalaya, Uttarakhand, and Tamil Nadu and Rajasthan.
- Handling M&E, Results Management, Project Supervision and Coordination in the India Country Programme.
? Processes streamlined for Grants implementation review by reporting on grant log frame indicators; conducting half-yearly review and learning event for all grants at the Country level; and impact evaluation of grants reaching completion.
? Conceptualising rural community level knowledge sharing, transfer, and project implementation reviews.
? Conducting short follow-up missions to provide solutions and remove implementation bottlenecks to execute projects on time and within budgets.
