* Manage day-to-day project execution on the ground in coordination with the Municipal Corporation (Nagar Nigam)
* Oversee deployment and operations of sweeping machines, including route planning, coverage, and scheduling
* Supervise operators, drivers, and field staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
* Monitor fleet performance, including kilometers covered, downtime, fuel efficiency, and overall utilization
* Track routes, attendance, and vehicle movement through GPS/monitoring systems to ensure accountability
* Ensure accurate reporting, data tracking, and proper documentation
* Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and performance

* 4-8 years of experience in city-level project execution
* Mandatory experience working with Municipal Corporation (Nagar Nigam)
* Strong experience in fleet management and route planning
* Experience in command centre / GPS-based monitoring systems preferred
* Comfortable managing large-scale field operations and teams
