Role Overview:

The Executive 1 (Para-Medic) is the first point of contact for participants at the Abhay Health Camp, ensuring smooth registration, accurate data capture, and a seamless start to the screening journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet participants and explain the screening process
Verify identity and validate Abhay ID via portal and forms
Record and maintain accurate participant data (physical & digital)
Ensure timely setup of registration desk and devices
Check and maintain equipment readiness and calibration
Follow hygiene and safety protocols at all times

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma/Degree in Nursing ( ANM, GNM or BSc Nursing)
1-2 years of experience in healthcare registration, clinical front desk, or camp setup
Comfortable with digital tools, tablets, and basic screening equipment

Preferred Skills:

Effective communication and participant handling
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced camp environment

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Accuracy of validation and data entry
Completeness of records in the Abhay Portal
Timely setup and readiness of the registration desk
Participant satisfaction during onboarding
