Required Qualification:
* B.Sc. Agriculture / MBA
OR
* B.Sc. with relevant experience in the agriculture sector
Experience & Skills Required:
* Sound knowledge of traditional and modern agricultural practices
* Understanding of agriculture and allied livelihood systems
* Liaising skills with State and Central Government departments and Government schemes
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Odia, English, and Hindi
* Good understanding of community value systems and rural institutions
* Knowledge of reporting, documentation, and project management systems
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the Development Sector and marketing of agricultural products
Emoluments:
* Annual Package: Rs 3,00,000/-
* Free accommodation provided
* Subsidized food facility available
