My career path start from as Counselor to regional Coordinator , worked with Govt set up and hand hold support to State Govt and District Official for program management , in my career I manage program , and hand a core team , work on Community Health , Labor room mentoring, Closely work with Health , ICDS & Education departments , My core area to focus was on adolescents health including RMNCH+A, Now I am doing work for Anemia Mukta Rajasthan , provide Capacity buildings training to Block and District Level official , Organize Training Program to all official, Lesioning with another departments , attend Monthly Meetings, Report submission , take challenge
