Professional Experience:

Worked as Research Investigator for Population Research Centre HPU for 6 months, 1 year in department of sociology and education on midterm evaluation of DPEP and Socio Economic condition of Minorities in HP. Research Investigator for Attitudinal Differences towards girl child in Northern India from Centre for Women Studies and Development HPU. Research Investigator for Sustainability of local forest in Northern Himalayayas from Indian Statistical institute New Delhi in Himachal and Uttrakhand states. Project Manager for Targeted intervention project for HIV prevention for 2 years, Project Coordinator for Reading School programme in Shimla and Solan district, Programme Officer for 6 years in HPVHA. Presently working as Social Development Specialist under HP Horticulture Development Project funded by World Bank.
