Professional Experience:
• To monitor, compile and evaluate all reports of births, deaths and still births, maternity reports, hospital performances from all wards under BMC. (MS. Office - Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
• To calculate vital indicators using Census and Mid-Year Estimated Population data.
• Detail monthly/ yearly reports of births, deaths and still births for central government and other detail reports of birth and deaths to state government.
• Working on reports from CRS System (Civil Registration System) of births and deaths.
• Coordinating with coding team for death data.
• Replying to RTI related to birth, death and population reports of all wards under BMC.
• Assisting juniors for data collection and cleaning.
• Creating presentations to see the performance of all wards under BMC as and when required. (MS. Office - Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
• Monitoring and evaluation of Health management information system (HMIS) w.r.t mother and child health care. (MS. Office - Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
• Finding patterns and trends in births, deaths and still births, maternity reports, hospital performances data.
• Following instructions as and when required from seniors.
