Professional Experience:

Total 14 years of IT experience. I started my career with medical transcription, moved on to customer service. I learnt SAP ERP tool and got certified as solution consultant in order management. I worked in various Corporate as L1, L2 Support. Accountable for requirement gathering from business users both onshore and offshore locations, globally as per project needs. Responsible for requirement review, conceptualizing, and participation in solution design in SAP system. Responsible for unit, system integration, regression testing, business as usual after project go live. Creating knowledge documentation and training business users on how to use new integrated SAP landscape. Worked in SAP presales unit of Infosys for a few months, responsible for responding to RFPs, system test proposals, questionnaires resource estimation and effort utilization.

Education:

Science graduate, Zoology honors from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University along with an MBA from Madurai Kamaraj University in HR & Industrial Relations, distance learning. Attained first division in all educational qualifications. Certified in supply chain management from SAP India and completed Prince2, Project Management course. Also have limited working proficiency in Spanish language.

In school days, raised funds for Help age India. At Thomson Reuters, sponsored meal for Old Age Home along with team members and met them during one of the weekends
In Accenture, sponsored midday meal program for children via Akshay Patra
Was an active member of 'I change my city' in Bangalore and participated in relevant social causes
Was President of Resident's Welfare Association ND Gipfel Apartment from Feb 2014-Feb 2016, two years. Initiated '2 Bin 1 Bag' garbage segregation program inside the complex. Green bin was used for recyclable kitchen waste. Red bin was used for unhygienic waste which cant be recycled. One bag was used for e-waste/dry waste such as polythene bags, wrappers, etc.
