Education:
My educational background combines management, social sciences, and public health, equipping me with a multidimensional understanding of the complex challenges within the healthcare and development sectors.
I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management. This program provided me with a solid foundation in healthcare systems, strategic management, organizational behavior, health economics, quality assurance, and hospital operations. The curriculum also emphasized the importance of efficient healthcare delivery, leadership, and evidence-based decision-making—all of which I have applied throughout my career in public health programming.
Complementing my management education is a Master’s degree in Sociology, which has given me a deep understanding of the social determinants of health, behavior change, and community dynamics. This degree has been crucial in helping me design and implement community-based interventions that are socially relevant, culturally sensitive, and sustainable. It also enabled me to engage meaningfully with diverse stakeholders—from grassroots communities to district and state-level government officials—while being mindful of the socio-cultural contexts that influence health-seeking behaviors.
In addition to these formal degrees, I have participated in several certified training programs and workshops focused on public health, nutrition, and project management. These include specialized trainings in Food Fortification, Behavior Change Communication (BCC), Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), and Maternal, Neonatal, and Child Health (MNCH). These trainings have kept me updated with the latest tools, approaches, and innovations in the field, enabling me to bring both technical expertise and adaptive thinking to my work.
My education has always been driven by a commitment to real-world application. For example, during my MBA, I undertook a capstone project on improving hospital workflow and patient satisfaction, which gave me firsthand exposure to the practical challenges of managing healthcare institutions. Similarly, my background in sociology has continuously helped me in integrating a human-centered approach into policy advocacy, program design, and grassroots engagement.
Together, these academic qualifications have allowed me to bridge the gap between theory and practice, making me effective in roles that require both strategic thinking and field-level implementation. Whether I’m coordinating with state government departments, building capacity among frontline workers, or designing awareness campaigns, my education has enabled me to act with insight, empathy, and professionalism.
I am committed to lifelong learning and continuously seek opportunities to enhance my knowledge and skills. My interdisciplinary academic journey reflects this passion, and it continues to inform my mission: to build equitable and effective health systems that empower communities and improve lives at scale.
