Education:
I have an MA in Development Studies from the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, with rural labour market as an elective subject. I conducted data collection and analysis using Excel and SPSS for my dissertation. Before that, I pursued a Master of Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, which helped me understand Human Resource Management, labour legislation & welfare, and CSR activities. I learned about performance appraisal, performance management and Corporate Social Responsibility activities through project work during the course. I am capable of understanding basic IT tools, as I did my B.Sc. with IT as my main subject at A.N. College, Patna, in 2017. I completed my schooling at Mithila Public School, Bhadreshwar, Forbesganj. I have a keen interest in doing work with a social sector organisation that could have an impact on our society through its projects, research and initiatives. I am skilled in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel, along with basic SPSS. I learned about labour laws, the rural labour market, and Industrial Relations and Organisational Behaviour during my studies. I am continuing to learn through short-term certification programs and online training.
