Professional Experience:
As a healthcare researcher and data analyst, I have contributed to multiple high-impact projects in public health optimization, immunization programs, AI-driven healthcare analysis, and peri-urban healthcare transitions. As part of my fellowship research, I authored a scoping review manuscript, "Towards Comprehensive Healthcare Governance: Assessing Peri-urban Dynamics and Healthcare System Gaps," analyzing systemic challenges and policy recommendations in transitioning urban healthcare landscapes. I led a qualitative research initiative to evaluate departmental operations, providing actionable strategies to enhance efficiency and collaboration. In the 100 Days TB Campaign, I analyzed daily TB data from 347 districts across 33 states, identifying trends and generating state-wise performance reports for effective campaign tracking. In the Chardham Yatra Project, I facilitated pilgrim and stakeholder engagement, translating comprehensive FAQs into Hindi to improve accessibility for Chardham Yatra 2024 participants and developing evaluation tools for Medical Officers and Community Health Officers (CHOs) to assess healthcare service delivery. In the Gavi Bihar Immunization Project, I provided statistical support to estimate Left-Out, Drop-Out, and Resistant (LODOR) children across 10 districts, conceptualized a baseline monitoring framework aligned with UNICEF guidelines, mapped Civil Society Organization (CSO) Management Information Systems (MIS) to operational workflows, and developed a Gantt chart to monitor timelines and resource allocation. I also managed the UNICEF Partner Portal, ensuring streamlined communication and coordination. Additionally, I conducted an in-depth AI landscape analysis across the Global South, evaluating technological trends, policy frameworks, and socio-economic factors to identify opportunities for AI-driven healthcare advancements and delivered strategic insights for international collaborations. My expertise includes data analysis, M&E frameworks, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and statistical tools such as SPSS, STATA, Tableau, and Microsoft Office, enabling me to leverage data-driven insights and innovative methodologies to optimize healthcare systems, improve accessibility, and drive impactful public health interventions. Not only as a fellow, i have also contributed towards market research during my extracurricular summer internship and exhibited commitment towards MNCH during my internship during post-graduation.
