Development professional with experience in rural livelihood strengthening and ecosystem engagement. As an SBI Youth for India alumna and Research Fellow at Dasra, I have worked on proposal evaluation, partnership coordination, and program documentation. My strengths lie in stakeholder outreach, planning, communication/documentation, and building scalable solutions from the ground up.
I am a development professional and SBI Youth for India alumna with experience in grassroots livelihood strengthening and ecosystem engagement. During my fellowship with AKRSP(I) in Dang, I worked on strengthening a women-led FPO through financial systems improvement, supply chain development, capacity building, and enabling profitable market linkages across online and offline channels. Currently at Dasra/Impact Foundation India, I work on evaluating social impact models under the K.P. Singh Foundation’s Women’s Economic Empowerment Challenge and coordinating multi-stakeholder engagement. I have also contributed to ImpactOnus by developing curriculum and outreach assets under the Skill India initiative across various NSQF levels.
I hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra (GPA: 9.01/10), with foundation in commerce and financial management. I secured 95% in Class 12 and 90% in Class 10. As part of my academic training, I conducted a research project on the impact of COVID-19 on OTT adoption in India, involving primary data collection and analysis.During my SBI Youth for India Fellowship, I also worked with a women-led credit cooperative bank in Dang, where I conducted financial literacy sessions, strengthened governance and oversight systems, and contributed to reducing loan interest rates from 24% to 18%. I have completed certifications in Microsoft Excel, Data Visualization (TATA Forage), Business Accounting & Taxation, and SEBI Investor Certification (NISM).
As a volunteer with She Can Foundation, I contributed to campaign planning and data-driven outreach for fundraising efforts.
