Professional Experience:

Over ten years of professional experience have been built across national and international public health programs, with work spanning epidemiology, advanced analytics, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and health systems strengthening. Engagements have largely been positioned at the interface of research, data systems, and program implementation, with a consistent focus on evidence generation to support policy and programmatic decision-making.

Technical and advisory responsibilities have been undertaken within government-facing and donor-supported initiatives, including assignments linked to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare through national and state-level Technical Support Units. Within these roles, analytical strategies, program monitoring frameworks, indicator systems, and decision-support tools were developed and operationalized. Outputs generated through these efforts were used to inform national and state planning processes, routine program reviews, and course-correction measures.

Substantial experience has been gained across maternal, newborn, and child health, nutrition, and immunization programs through engagements with large development partners and implementation agencies. Responsibilities included the design and strengthening of monitoring systems, data quality assurance processes, evaluation planning, and synthesis of program learning across multiple states. Routine program data and survey datasets were analyzed and translated into actionable insights for implementation teams and government counterparts.

Advanced analytical work has been carried out within research and policy-oriented environments. Applied statistical modelling, epidemiological analysis, and evidence synthesis were undertaken to address policy-relevant research questions. This work contributed to peer-reviewed publications in international journals and the preparation of technical reports and analytical briefs for program and policy audiences.

Large-scale health systems strengthening initiatives supported by multilateral agencies were also engaged with, including projects financed by the World Bank and the Japan International Cooperation Agency. Within these initiatives, monitoring and evaluation strategies, results frameworks, baseline assessments, and performance monitoring systems were developed and implemented across complex, multi-state implementation environments.
Across roles, a strong emphasis has been placed on the application of advanced quantitative methods, including regression analysis, multilevel modelling, quasi-experimental designs, and exploratory data analysis. Predictive and epidemiological modelling was undertaken using R and Python, with extensive use of large administrative datasets, household surveys, and routine health information systems.

Digital data platforms such as ODK was routinely utilized to support data collection, validation, and management. Data visualization and dashboarding tools were applied to strengthen routine data use by program managers and policymakers. Overall, professional experience reflects a steady progression toward senior technical and advisory roles in public health analytics, monitoring and evaluation, and health systems strengthening.
