Professional Experience:

Senior Programme Coordinator at Brooke India, a UK-headquartered INGO (July 2025–Present), managing livelihood and community welfare programmes across five districts in UP and Bihar. Responsible for end-to-end programme management delivering SDG-aligned outcomes (SDG 1, 3, 5, 8) for 7,000+ beneficiaries. Designed MEAL frameworks using Theory of Change and Log Frame, achieving 70%+ target realisation and reducing reporting lag by 30%. Managed ?50 lakh annual budget with zero audit findings.
