Professional Experience:

have spent my career learning how to connect data analytics, process optimisation, and sustainable business practices. I am deeply passionate about Environmental, Social, and Governance initiatives. To advance these goals, I combine a highly technical approach with practical management frameworks to solve complex corporate challenges. My academic background includes an MSc in Innovation Management from the University of Manchester and a bachelor's degree in Apparel Production. This unique combination gives me the strategic foresight to design scalable corporate solutions and the hands-on industrial knowledge required to execute them effectively in the real world.

Most recently, I worked as a Strategy Project Manager at Blackmont Consultancy, where I managed two major client engagements. For a technology client focused on regional expansion, I coordinated a cross-functional team of eight people and maintained strict milestone tracking to achieve complete on-time delivery. I conducted extensive market research and combined qualitative findings from stakeholder interviews into clear, executive-ready strategic roadmaps that directly supported senior leadership in their investment decisions. Alongside this, I led a strategic project for BInternz, a recruiting firm dedicated specifically to internship placements. For BInternz, I mapped their existing operational workflows, identified critical process gaps, and delivered optimised hiring frameworks to help successfully scale their business.

Recognising how rapidly artificial intelligence is changing corporate strategy, I also took on a role as an AI Consultant with Outlier AI. There, I applied rigorous quality assurance standards to large language model training datasets. By using Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback, I ensured that AI outputs aligned with strict safety, ethical, and logical guidelines. To further build my technical toolkit, I completed the McKinsey Forward program, earning specialised certifications in Digital GenAI and Prompt Engineering. These experiences have equipped me to use automation and advanced AI tools to streamline complex data processing and modern corporate reporting.

Before moving into consulting, I spent over two years at Ralph Lauren India as an operations and production merchandiser, and the role required analysing a lot of data both quantitatively and qualitatively. In this position, I analysed structural bottlenecks across more than 300,000 units of performance data. By implementing targeted process corrections, I helped unlock a 26% year-over-year improvement in our delivery pipelines. Beyond daily operational efficiency, I actively contributed to the company's circular economy goals by researching and evaluating sustainable clean-tech and textile recycling startups for the Global Innovation Team. I also managed critical stakeholder communications among four international vendors during a major enterprise platform rollout involving systems such as SAP and o9, ensuring seamless change management across a complex global network.

My foundation in business process improvement began during my time at Fabindia. Using rigorous root cause analysis frameworks such as the Ishikawa method, I diagnosed systemic operational losses across 96 distribution nodes. I designed updated inventory deployment models that drastically improved store service levels. I also built executive-facing Tableau dashboards to track key risk indicators and present weekly performance updates to senior leadership.

Ultimately, my career is defined by a commitment to driving impactful and sustainable change. Whether I am modelling macroeconomic data in R, optimising global supply chains, or structuring new ESG strategies, I bring a structured problem-solving mindset and a modern technical toolkit to every organisational challenge I undertake.

Education:

I completed my MSc in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Manchester to build a practical toolkit for solving complex corporate challenges. The program focused heavily on bridging the gap between technological advancement and commercial strategy. During my studies, I consistently applied established managerial frameworks to deconstruct ambiguous business problems and design scalable, data-backed solutions.

In the Innovation for Sustainability module, I applied circular economy frameworks and life cycle concepts to analyse the environmental impact of corporate operations. I learned to identify systemic supply chain vulnerabilities and design actionable strategies that integrate sustainability directly into core business models. This approach helped me understand how to structure corporate solutions that generate a long-term green competitive advantage rather than simply meeting basic regulatory compliance requirements.

Through the Innovation Strategy coursework, I utilised competitive positioning and organisational design frameworks to evaluate how firms capture value in highly disruptive markets. By systematically analysing a company's internal resource allocation and external ecosystem partnerships, I developed strategic solutions designed to maintain operational resilience and secure market leadership during periods of technological transition.

The Case Studies for Innovation and Technology module required adopting a consulting mindset to analyse real corporate challenges. I applied strategic risk assessment frameworks to break down the root causes of specific business failures and successes. This process trained me to structure effective market entry solutions, manage complex technology portfolios, and scale innovative products while actively mitigating operational and commercial risks.

In Research Development, I learned to ground my strategic recommendations in empirical data. I developed strong quantitative competencies by utilising statistical modelling and R programming to analyse large datasets. I practised forecasting macroeconomic trends and translating raw quantitative data into clear, actionable business insights.

This degree fundamentally shaped how I approach business problems. It provided me with a structured analytical toolkit spanning advanced data modelling, strategic planning frameworks, and sustainable enterprise design. I rely on this academic foundation to analyse complex ESG problems, optimise corporate processes, and deliver sustainable commercial solutions.
