Professional Experience:

I am a healthcare operations, clinical governance, and public health professional with more than 10 years of experience across hospital administration, multi-specialty clinical operations, healthcare quality management, digital health transformation, public health programme implementation, and community-based healthcare delivery. My professional journey has enabled me to work at the intersection of clinical services, operational management, quality improvement, stakeholder coordination, and social development.
My experience began in clinical healthcare and gradually expanded into hospital administration and leadership. As a dental surgeon and healthcare operations professional, I developed a practical understanding of patient care, clinical workflows, infection prevention, documentation, patient communication, and multidisciplinary healthcare coordination. This clinical foundation has helped me work effectively with consultants, visiting doctors, nursing staff, allied healthcare professionals, administrative teams, patients, and external stakeholders.
As Operations Manager and Clinical Director at House of Dentistry Multi-Specialty Centre, I managed clinical, administrative, financial, quality, and operational functions over a seven-year leadership tenure. I directly coordinated a panel of 15-20 consultants and visiting doctors, including scheduling, professional coordination, clinical accountability, and service delivery oversight. I also chaired or participated in monthly Medical Advisory Committee, Hospital Infection Control Committee, and Quality Council reviews, supporting decisions related to clinical governance, patient safety, infection prevention, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
During this period, I sustained more than seven years of continuous NABH accreditation through audit preparedness, documentation control, clinical governance systems, infection control practices, and quality improvement initiatives. I managed annual operating budgets exceeding ?1 Crore and achieved approximately 15% cost savings through vendor negotiations, procurement optimisation, and improved resource utilisation. By applying Lean Six Sigma principles and redesigning patient-flow processes, I reduced average patient waiting time by 20-25% and expanded daily outpatient capacity to approximately 120-150 patients. I also led and mentored a team of more than 15 clinical and administrative professionals.

As Operations Consultant at Braces & Faces Multi-Specialty Dental Centre, I supported strategic operations, financial oversight, patient experience, clinical audits, infection control, and process improvement. I managed annual operational budgets exceeding ?50 Lakhs and contributed to approximately 20% reduction in operating expenses through procurement optimisation and inventory restructuring. I also strengthened clinical audit mechanisms and infection control systems while maintaining a zero medico-legal incident record in a high-volume facility serving approximately 50-60 daily outpatient visits.
As Operations and Governance Lead at SayMed Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd. I directed operational governance, quality assurance, digital health transformation, SOP development, and compliance across seven healthcare service centres in Delhi NCR and Madhya Pradesh. I standardised processes for patient counselling, prescription safety, staff onboarding, documentation, service quality, and operational compliance. I supported ABDM-compliant digital health implementation, developed KPI and MIS reporting systems, and led a multidisciplinary workforce of more than 20 clinicians and operational personnel.
Earlier, as Public Health Programme Lead and IEC Consultant at Savera Foundation Trust, I coordinated and supported more than 20 public health and community outreach programmes across Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, West Bengal, and Jharkhand. I worked with government agencies, NGOs, CS

Education:

Education Summary

I have pursued a multidisciplinary educational journey combining clinical healthcare, hospital administration, healthcare management, public health, social work, women’s development, and community-based service delivery. My academic background has provided me with a strong foundation for leadership roles in hospital administration, clinical governance, healthcare operations, public health programmes, quality management, and health systems strengthening.

I completed my Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)from Barkatullah University, Bhopal, in 2015. My dental education provided comprehensive training in oral healthcare, diagnosis, treatment planning, clinical procedures, patient management, infection prevention, clinical documentation, healthcare ethics, and professional communication. As a dental surgeon, I developed first-hand experience of clinical workflows, patient assessment, treatment coordination, healthcare quality, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

My clinical training strengthened my understanding of patient safety, infection control, medical documentation, informed consent, ethical healthcare practices, and continuity of care. It also helped me understand healthcare delivery from both the patient’s and healthcare professional’s perspectives. This clinical foundation has enabled me to coordinate effectively with consultants, visiting doctors, nursing teams, allied healthcare professionals, administrative personnel, patients, and external stakeholders.

To develop my management and leadership capabilities, I completed a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, in 2026. The programme enhanced my knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare systems management, strategic planning, healthcare economics, financial management, human resource management, organisational behaviour, quality governance, performance management, and leadership.

My MBA education strengthened my ability to analyse healthcare processes, identify operational gaps, improve service delivery, manage resources, implement standard operating procedures, monitor key performance indicators, and support evidence-based decision-making. It also developed my understanding of healthcare budgeting, cost control, process optimisation, patient flow, service quality, healthcare technology, organisational change, and institutional sustainability.

Through this qualification, I gained the managerial perspective required to connect clinical objectives with operational efficiency and organisational goals. I developed the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, support quality improvement initiatives, manage healthcare resources, improve workflow systems, and contribute to the financial and operational performance of healthcare facilities.

I also completed a Master of Social Work in Women and Child Development from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU)in 2025. This programme expanded my understanding of public health, social policy, community development, gender issues, women’s empowerment, child welfare, social protection, counselling, advocacy, and programme implementation.

My MSW education helped me understand the social determinants of health and the economic, cultural, institutional, and behavioural factors that influence access to healthcare. It strengthened my ability to work with vulnerable communities, conduct field assessments, mobilise communities, coordinate with government departments and non-governmental organisations, prepare reports, and support monitoring and evaluation activities.

The programme also developed my understanding of women’s health, child development, preventive healthcare, health awareness, social inclusion, community participation, and public welfare. These competencies complement my clinical and managerial qualifications and support my work in public health, healthcare access, social development
