I have completed a Master of Social Work (MSW) and am currently pursuing a Ph.D., with my research at the final presentation stage. I have over 18 years of professional experience in the development and corporate sectors, primarily in the tribal districts of Keonjhar, Koraput, Rayagada, and Sundargarh, Odisha. My expertise includes livelihood promotion, community institution building, microfinance, women empowerment, capacity building, advocacy on community rights, networking, liaison with government departments, organic farming, enterprise promotion, market research, product development, business strategy, sales and marketing, human resource management, and communication. I am also a Certified Master Trainer in Enterprise Promotion accredited by TRIFED, Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India.

Promoted and strengthened Women Self-Help Group (SHG) Federations. Led a team of 10 field volunteers across 10 Gram Panchayats supporting over 120 SHGs. Conducted staff training and performance reviews while facilitating bank linkage, microfinance, business planning, micro-insurance, and annual budgeting for federations.
