Professional Experience:
Currently, I serve as Manager-Donor Management at MLD Trust (2023 -2025), where I support end-to-end donor engagement and compliance. My role involves CSR proposal development, donor reporting, statutory compliance, and management of centralized repositories for proposals, MoUs, and donor records. I closely coordinate with project teams and finance departments to track milestones, review budget vs. expenditure reports, and ensure timely and accurate submissions. I also facilitate capacity-building trainings for project staff on documentation, data management, and impact story writing, while managing organizational communications and social media platforms.
Previously, as a Project Coordinator with Smile Foundation (2023), I managed a Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) delivering primary healthcare services to underserved urban communities in Pune. I led project planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, and reporting for CSR-funded initiatives. My responsibilities included supervising field teams, coordinating logistics, conducting IEC and community awareness activities, and liaising with CSR partners, government departments, and community leaders. I also planned and executed employee engagement activities for corporate partners.
From 2019 to 2022, I worked as a School Social Worker with iTeach Organization, Pune, where I played a key role in setting up systems as the organization’s first SSW. I coordinated closely with students, parents, and school staff through home visits, counseling sessions, and follow-ups. I organized skill-based programs for students and parents, served as the School Child Protection Officer, and contributed to a positive and inclusive school culture.
Earlier in my career, I gained extensive grassroots experience as a Team Leader with Aarit Foundation, Social Trainer with Pani Foundation, and Mentor with India HIV/AIDS Alliance, facilitating community trainings, participatory rural appraisals, stakeholder mobilization, and mentoring social work students. My field exposure includes work with healthcare institutions, mental health centers, rural development programs, and rehabilitation initiatives.
