Education:

I am a public health and nursing professional with a strong academic foundation complemented by continuous professional development in health systems, leadership, quality improvement, emergency care, and programme management.

I hold a **Master of Science (MSc) in Rheumatology Nursing** from **Keele University, United Kingdom**, where I developed advanced expertise in evidence-based clinical practice, research, patient-centred care, and chronic disease management. This specialized education enabled me to become one of the **first formally trained Rheumatology Nurses in India**, contributing to the development of specialized nursing services and advancing multidisciplinary care.

To further strengthen my clinical expertise, I completed the **Advanced Rheumatology Programme** from the **American College of Rheumatology (USA)**, enhancing my knowledge of international best practices in rheumatology care and evidence-based treatment approaches.

My foundational nursing education was completed through the **General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)** programme at **Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi**, one of India's premier healthcare institutions. This provided comprehensive training in clinical nursing, patient safety, community health, maternal and child health, and emergency care.

Recognizing the importance of healthcare leadership and organizational management, I also earned a **Diploma in Hospital Administration**, which strengthened my competencies in healthcare management, strategic planning, quality assurance, hospital operations, governance, and organizational leadership.

In addition, I completed a **Certificate Course from the Rehabilitation Council of India**, expanding my understanding of rehabilitation, disability-inclusive healthcare, multidisciplinary teamwork, and long-term patient support.

Throughout my career, I have remained committed to lifelong learning by undertaking numerous national and international professional development programmes in health systems strengthening, quality improvement, implementation science, project management, research methodology, scientific writing, emergency and trauma care, and competency-based education. These include certifications in **Lean Six Sigma (Green and Yellow Belt)**, **National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS) Assessment**, **Project Management**, **Scientific Writing**, **Training of Trainers**, **WHO Basic Emergency Care**, **National Emergency Life Support (NELS)**, and **WHO Mass Casualty Management**.

My educational journey reflects a commitment to integrating clinical excellence with public health, leadership, and systems thinking. It has equipped me with the technical knowledge, analytical skills, and strategic perspective required to design, implement, and evaluate health programmes, strengthen health systems, build workforce capacity, and contribute effectively to national and global health priorities.
