Key Career Milestones
Currently, I serve as a Strategic Consultant, providing NGO advisory and CSR fund mobilization, crafting high-conversion proposals for WASH, health, and rural education initiatives. Prior to this, as Program Manager for Micro-enterprises at the TVS-Srinivasan Services Trust, I directed livelihood programs that empowered rural women to establish farm and non-farm nano-enterprises, while driving community engagement for TVS Motor Co.
My extensive field experience includes serving as Project Manager for CARE India in Kancheepuram, where I successfully supported over 240 women entrepreneurs through targeted financial and digital literacy training. I also operated as a Project Coordinator for CARE India in Ponneri, executing an Amazon-supported CSR project that successfully integrated STEM education, enterprise formation, and health awareness.
Earlier in my career, I served as a Chief Manager at Hand in Hand India, where I streamlined documentation for Natural Resources Management projects and managed data for organic farming certifications. My background also features foundational roles as a Project Officer at the WASH Institute, managing slum sanitation and fecal sludge research, and as a Team Leader at the DHAN Foundation, where I oversaw 12 SHG federations and 180 field staff. I began my professional journey in agribusiness as a Senior Market Development Officer for Madras Fertilizers Limited, driving regional village campaigns and dealer networks.
Holding a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture from TNAU, Coimbatore, I combine technical expertise with a lifelong dedication to serving underserved communities.
