Professional Experience:
1. I worked as an Associate with the Indian Political Action Committee, where I worked closely with political stakeholders, implemented and monitored political campaigns, conducted political research and booth-level analysis, facilitated district-level training sessions, and prepared strategic reports to support impactful interventions.
2. I also worked with PepsiCo India Holdings Private Limited, where I led Gender-Inclusive Sustainable Agriculture and Women Empowerment programmes across North Bengal and Bihar. My responsibilities included identifying scopes and implementing regenerative agricultural practices in coordination with multiple stakeholders, planning and leading capacity-building training to support ESG compliance, mobilising communities, supervising pilot projects, and managing data to ensure effective implementation and monitoring.
3. Facilitated trainings and capacity building programs for 1,200+ women farmers on potato agronomy and sustainable farming practices, supporting the monitoring of women-led demo firms, implementing field-level interventions by coordinating with key stakeholders, and assisting the MEL Officer with data management to strengthen programme implementation and outcomes.
