Professional Experience:
I have over 4.5 years of experience in research, monitoring and evaluation, and project coordination in the development sector, with exposure to public health, gender, education, and livelihoods. My experience covers different stages of the research cycle, including proposal development, research and questionnaire design, survey programming, field team recruitment and training, data collection management, data quality monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
At Development Solutions, I worked on multiple research and evaluation studies, where I coordinated field activities, programmed surveys using SurveyCTO and KoboToolbox, supported proposal development, monitored data quality, and worked with research teams and other stakeholders. I later worked at Anthropie, where I contributed to qualitative and ethnographic research and managed junior researchers during field-based studies.
I have experience working with both quantitative and qualitative research methods and use R and Excel for data cleaning, analysis, and visualisation. I also have experience with QGIS and am currently strengthening my skills in R and STATA and other analytical tools.
After more than four years of professional experience, I pursued an M.A. in Development from Azim Premji University to strengthen my theoretical and methodological understanding of development and research. I am now looking for opportunities where I can combine my field experience, research skills, and project management capabilities while continuing to grow in research and M&E roles.
