Professional Experience:
• Managed the implementation of the IHRPTM Program across Sambhal District, Uttar Pradesh, ensuring timely execution of project activities and achievement of program objectives.
• Established and maintained effective coordination and liaison with the District Administration, including the District Magistrate, Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Medical Officers In-Charge (MO I/C), NHM officials and other key health stakeholders.
• Conducted supportive supervision and routine monitoring of Village Health, Sanitation and Nutrition Day (VHSND) sessions to strengthen the identification, referral and management of High-Risk Pregnancies (HRPs).
• Led program data management, analysis and reporting, including the preparation and submission of high-quality Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs) and Quarterly Progress Reports (QPRs).
• Represented the program in District Health Society (DHS) meetings, presenting key performance indicators, progress updates and evidence-based recommendations to support informed decision-making and program improvement.
