Professional Experience:
Senior Consultant with 7+ years of experience applying behavioural science, research, and analytics to solve complex public health and development challenges across South Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa. Over the course of my career, I have led end-to-end research and advisory engagements spanning field RCTs, behavioural diagnostics, human-centred design, and evidence synthesis, working closely with multilateral organisations, governments, and impact investors to translate evidence into action. At Busara Center for Behavioral Economics, I built and led the health portfolio, managing a USD 2M+ portfolio and generating USD 1M+ in business development, while mentoring a team of analysts and associates. I currently serve as a Senior Policy Advisor with the Behavioural Insights Team in partnership with NITI Aayog, designing and embedding behavioural interventions into government health systems in Meghalaya to improve maternal health outcomes. My work is grounded in rigorous quantitative and qualitative methods, proficiency in STATA, R, and Python, and deep field experience navigating low-resource, politically complex settings.
