• Experienced in designing and implementing community development and mobilisation initiatives, including the establishment of 200+ Women and Youth Clubs and delivery of community awareness programs across rural and semi-urban communities.
• Proven capability in field research and evidence generation, including conducting and coordinating 500+ structured in-depth interviews with Panchayati Raj Institution representatives, community leaders, and other stakeholders.
