Professional Experience:
I am an education and programme professional with 9+ years of experience in academic operations, structured mentoring, curriculum and assessment, and programme delivery. As Centre Director, I coordinated 20+ faculty across 10+ concurrent batches and managed academic delivery, learner engagement and stakeholder communication. Earlier, I worked in mentoring, programme coordination, research-based content and assessment for competitive-exam learners.
I now lead Aarambhyam, a career guidance practice supporting students, aspirants and professionals with career exploration and transitions. I manage its mentoring programmes, outreach and institutional relationships, including a career-awareness programme with a PM SHRI school in Bhopal. I am also an empanelled mentor with Aspire For Her.
Alongside this work, I developed a Theory of Change and Results Framework for Aarambhyam, wrote an independent policy brief using PLFS labour-force data, and built a Power BI dashboard covering 1,061 Delhi government schools. These projects reflect my interest in applying research and data to education, women’s employment and youth development programmes.
