Job Purpose:
The position involves facilitating action plans for designated initiatives within the state through a collaborative, inter-sectoral approach. The role includes organizing training sessions and support the nurturing of relationships with the State Government and other stakeholders to drive project advancement in the region.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Meet with various stakeholders regularly and assist in the planning and execution of project activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to monitor project progress.
• Contribute towards preparation and submission of periodic project reports.
• In partnership with the Technical Specialist, conduct regular field visits to review project activities and update relevant team members.
• Assist in the organisation and logistics conduct of training sessions, workshops and other events in the state.
• Maintain a training database and update training material.
• Collaborate with state officials to support the facilitation of project activities within the state
• Help other stakeholders in the state on related topics
• Participate in meetings and workshops relevant to advancing the initiative.
Qualification and Experience :
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (MBBS/ Dentistry/ AYUSH).
• Master's degree in Public health or a related field. (required)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Skills, Knowledge and abilities :
• Knowledge and understanding of tobacco control.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Effective communication skills, with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.
• Proficient in oral and written English and Kannada.
• Proficient in MS office and other related software.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
• Ability to work flexibly with colleagues across time zones.

The salary for this position ranges from INR 14,25,000 to INR 17,00,000.
