Position: Program Manager- Skill Building & Livelihood for Maharashtra Projects (Mokhada – Posting Location)

Qualification & Experience: MBA in Agri Business or Rural Development with graduation in BSc Agriculture/MSc Agriculture

Minimum Experience: 8-10 years

Industry preference: NGO

Place of Posting: Mokhada- Palghar

Computer Knowledge: M.S. Office, SPSS

Languages: Marathi, English, Hindi

Job Description:

1. Business generation for Branch office: Corporates-CSR, Govt. and any others Design/refine and implement processes critical to program delivery of Multisectoral projects i.e. Livelihood and Skill Building, Natural Resource Management, Research and Development.
2. Study the need/demand analysis of community and develop proposal.
3. Represent organization at meetings with funding agencies, government officials etc.
4. Stakeholder management, meeting with partner organization and regular coordination to update about project related activities.
5. Ensure the appropriate flow and management of information on matters relevant to program
6. Plan, coordinate, operationalize and ongoing monitoring of the project activities
7. Provide input to the project team and personnel on result of initiatives through periodic analysis and presentation
8. Train and coach team members (Other Project Coordinators and field staff) on various aspects of project management/implementation, documentation, and reporting.
9. Supervise day to day activities and monitor field operation and ensure timely achievement of program output and outcome.
10. Work closely with M&E team to analyze data and prepare reports to refine program activities.
11. Prepare Project Implementation Plan of each and every project under all vertical and ensure implementation following the timeline and M & E framework.
12. Regular follow-up with project team for update on project related activities.
13. Regular monitoring of fund utilization and ensuring all donor compliance.
14. Regular/required visit to project location for physical verification and support to team members.
15. Prepare and submit all project related reports including Monthly, quarterly, annual reports, case study etc.
16. Your deliverables will not be limited only to above mentioned details and may be appointed with additional responsibility if needed.
