Content and Learning Experience Coordinator, Youth Program
Location: Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:
Project Coordination for Content Development Projects
- Define project scope and objectives.
- Create and maintain detailed project trackers.
- Onboard and manage relationships with vendors and consultants.
- Schedule and conduct periodic check-ins with project stakeholders.
- Follow up on project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Update project trackers to reflect current status and next steps.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for content development projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
Content Management
- Organize digital files and folders systematically in the drive.
- Ensure print and digital resources are easily available to members of the Youth program, through systematic categorization, simplified naming conventions & prevention of duplication
- Manage the digital content repository of Quest App for the Youth Program
- Upload content to the Content Management System (CMS).
- Oversee the migration of content to new platforms or updates.
- Test content for accuracy, functionality, and tracking codes.
- Manage multiple versions of content and maintain a repository of source files.
- Report and resolve any content-related bugs.
Content Review
- Support the entire content development cycle from initial concept to final product.
- Review content for errors, consistency, and alignment with quality standards. Ensure all content meets Quest Alliance’s quality matrix and guidelines.
- Provide detailed feedback to content creators and vendors.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Conduct periodic reviews of existing content for necessary updates and improvements.
- Uphold the quality and consistency of all educational materials.
Relationship Management - Stakeholders (Internal and External)
- Network and establish collaborative relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Developing effective working relationships within the team and with other stakeholders for the smooth implementation of the project
- Fully available for all brainstorming and decision-making processes related to Capacity Building
Requirements:
- Profound ability to pay attention to detail
- Tech Savvy and passionate about learning new tools and software quickly
- Strong organizational skills
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor’s degree in any discipline related to education, social work, language learning, or design.
- Proficiency in Instructional Design is mandatory
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite and Articulate Storyline is preferred
- Preferred prior experience in facilitation, online and offline
- Strong knowledge of digital content and publishing best practices
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a team environment
- Be able to collaborate well with the internal and external stakeholders
Salary: The pay band for the position starts at Rs. 58,000/- per month (cost to company) (The salary offered will be commensurate with the experience and expertise of the candidate)
