VDFG Kartik Trust is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated individual for the role of Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social work and a strong background in managing projects and teams within the non-profit sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of trust initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
• Work closely with the management team to develop and implement programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including community members, donors, and volunteers.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
• Proven 2-3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a non-profit organization.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to draft professional correspondence and manage documentation effectively.
Proficiency in basic computer skills, 1ncluding MS word, Ms Excel, Power Point, data management
• Proficiency in project management and organizational skills.

Renumeration : Rs 25000 - 35000/- monthly
